Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per month
Help facilitate support groups for those living with mental illness or families who have lost loved ones to suicide. Training provided.
Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per month
Serve as a bridge between our ministry and local parishes, helping to establish mental health ministries in faith communities.
Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per month
Help plan and coordinate events such as awareness walks, remembrance services, educational seminars, and fundraisers.
Time Commitment: 3-6 hours per month
Create educational materials, prayer guides, blog content, or social media posts to support our outreach and education efforts.
Time Commitment: Variable
Provide follow-up support and resource connection for individuals who reach out to our ministry. Requires specialized training.
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week
Assist with day-to-day operations including data entry, phone calls, mailings, donor communications, and general office tasks.
Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per month
Help spread awareness about mental health and suicide prevention in the community through presentations, tabling events, and advocacy efforts.

Active Catholic faith and alignment with Church teaching (for most roles, though some are open to all).
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, other volunteers, and community partners.

No! We provide comprehensive training for all volunteers. What matters most is compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Most roles require 2-10 hours per month, but this varies by position. We'll work with your schedule to find the right fit.
Most roles require active Catholic faith, but some positions (like administrative support or events) are open to all who support our mission.
Many of our volunteers have personal experience with mental illness. This can be a valuable asset, but we ask that volunteers be in a stable place in their own recovery.
Yes, for certain roles (especially those involving direct service with vulnerable populations), we require background checks to ensure safety.
Yes! Some roles like resource development, social media, and administrative support can be done remotely. Let us know your preferences.
